1. Any Vape device returned to us needs to be within the 3 month warranty period (90 days), subject to the warranty claim terms and conditions. The following needs to be adhered to:
• The original packaging needs to be intact and returned with the vape device.
• Proof of purchase/ Order number needs to be included with the return of the vape device.
• RMA form needs to be completed before the process of the claim may commence.
2. Disposable pod devices do not carry a warranty once it has left the premises.
• Disposable pod devices need to be tested instore upon purchase.
3. E-liquids are consumable products therefore can not be returned after the purchase.
• Be advised that any products suggested by a staff member is only a recommendation and can not be returned based on that information.
• This is mainly due to hygiene issues.
4. Pre-built/ Sub-ohm coils are not subject to return or refund once purchased.
• The lifespan of a coil is based on personal usage and type of e-liquid used.
• Not every coil is the same, therefore estimations given by staff instore are based on a general consensus.
• Unless tested in store and found to be defective upon usage.

• Orders placed on weekends will commence delivery on the next business day.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons not pertaining to Downtown Vapoury, the customer will be liable to pay any additional fees.

• This is based upon The Duration required to consolidate and process the order.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will only commence delivery on the following business day.

Purchased on the 13th. R850. Service: solid 5, dropped to a 3 on account of my experience with the device, and a promotion for 5% off my device that started a week after purchase, would have saved me R60 or so.
Week one: the tank is great, size is perfect, holds good juice. The feed or drip has a safety slider function so it won't leak from filling her up. Great design. One flaw is that the leather doesn't meet with the metal or aluminium so it's a little gap that makes the device feel rough and lower quality than you'd expect from a mid to high end device. Had a small leak after use, I seperate the tank from the device when not in use or when on charge.
Week 2: the device was holding up, enjoyed the flavour, coil was going strong, enjoyed the variable resistance, gave me some good clouds, chucking vape for days.
The magnetic tank system is strong, no slips or drops, no shaking. Haven't had a problem in Week 2. The battery discharge increased from a single charge lasting 7 days, to 5 days in Week 2. Possibly caused by my usage.
Week 3: the battery lasts about 3 days, which may still be because of my usage, I don't smoke anymore, but I vape about the same amount as I used to smoke, 3 to 4 times a day, average 10 to 20 puffs per intake, found 50 Watts to be most enjoyable. That's said, a dark cloud loomed this week, I had a leak that made me want to call downtown vapoury, complain about the device, and then I got this email for a review so I hope you guys see this. My tank leaked out the bottom, leaked so bad half my liquid ended up flowing out the airflow and onto the device, not impressed man, if its a device fault or factory fault, I made it clear I didn't want something that was gonna leak on me, and it leaked worse than a smok. So I changed the coil, clean the device, and it's not like it wasn't in use, or misused. I keep it upright at all times, on my desk or in my holder, the Drag X Pro still leaked on me, I'm just lucky the battery compartment seems to be insulated, no residue that I could pick up, but I'm a little paranoid about it leaking now. Might give you a call tomorrow to talk about it. The new coil seems to have me back at the start, no leaks, running smooth for now. But still, bad experience, told the guy I didn't want a device that leaks cause my last device basically exploded cause of leaking.
Overall: had a good initial experience, the device isn't the quality it was represented as, although the colour grew on me, the feel of the device gets interrupted by the slight abrasion of that improper fit of the leather. Tank would be great if It didn't leak, but the flavour it puts out is always consistent. I am ultimately dissatisfied with the build quality because of my experiences in week 3. The new coil seems much better, the device is running as I'd expect it to, but if these faults persist or resurface it'll ruin the value or quality of product I thought I was purchasing.
Again, the service and in store experience was great, I really enjoyed the store, the device however, subpar.
I'm enjoying the fact that in lock mode you can still vape and the size of the tank
