1. Any Vape device returned to us needs to be within the 3 month warranty period (90 days), subject to the warranty claim terms and conditions. The following needs to be adhered to:
• The original packaging needs to be intact and returned with the vape device.
• Proof of purchase/ Order number needs to be included with the return of the vape device.
• RMA form needs to be completed before the process of the claim may commence.
2. Disposable pod devices do not carry a warranty once it has left the premises.
• Disposable pod devices need to be tested instore upon purchase.
3. E-liquids are consumable products therefore can not be returned after the purchase.
• Be advised that any products suggested by a staff member is only a recommendation and can not be returned based on that information.
• This is mainly due to hygiene issues.
4. Pre-built/ Sub-ohm coils are not subject to return or refund once purchased.
• The lifespan of a coil is based on personal usage and type of e-liquid used.
• Not every coil is the same, therefore estimations given by staff instore are based on a general consensus.
• Unless tested in store and found to be defective upon usage.
Kindly note prior to commencement of delivery, processing and packing takes up to 2 days to consolidate the order, in accordance with our Delivery Policy.

• We are now offering a professional external courier service Door to Door within a 5km radius from our Overport/ Umhlanga store.
• Kindly note our 5km radius same day service is subject to weather conditions for bike travel.
• This is subject to Availability of the courier within a specific area.
• Time at which the order is placed, accepted between 9.30am to 2pm.
• Orders placed on weekends will commence delivery on the next business day.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons not pertaining to Downtown Vapoury, the customer will be liable to pay any additional fees.
3. Economy: (Major Centers Only) (2-3 business days for delivery only)
• This is based upon The Duration required to consolidate and process the order.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will only commence delivery on the following business day.
4. Outlying Areas/ Domestic Delivery: (Please Contact Us If You Are Unsure If Your Area Falls into This Category Before Selecting Delivery Option)
• This is subject to Orders being shipped using a third-party courier service (Aramex unless otherwise stipulated).
•Delivery generally takes up to 4-5 business days depending on the area chosen, Delivery time is subject to the completion of the processing period.
5. Free Delivery: (Orders for Min R1000+) To major City Center Only
• This is subject to Location chosen for delivery.
• Free Delivery is Economy shipping thus the same application applies.
6. Local Pick-up:
• This is subject to Store chosen for pick-up's and Availability of stock.
• Should the order be required at a different store for pick-up, A waiting period of 2-3 days applies. The store you chose for pick-up should be contacted to make an arrangement in case you change location.
